How to become a rep?
To become a Rep:
1. Visit the page of the event you’d like to Rep
2. Click ‘Request to Rep’
3. Await response from the organiser. You will receive an email once the event organiser responds to your request
How do I withdraw my Rep funds?
To withdraw your funds:
1. Visit https://reps.fatsoma.com/reps/events/current
2. Click ‘View’ under Finances
3. Click ‘Request a pay out’
4. Enter your bank details and click ‘Withdraw’
The minimum amount you can withdraw is £5.
Withdrawals can take up to ten working days to reach your account.
Please ensure you enter your bank details correctly.
Can I withdraw my ticket sales to a different currency?
If your purchase was made using GBP you can withdraw these funds to any UK bank account.
If your purchase was made in any other currency you can withdraw to any bank account with an IBAN and SWIFT code.
How do I sell tickets via my Rep link?
You can view your Rep link in the Rep section of the app or website.
Send your link to your friends and family.
You will receive commission for anyone that purchases tickets via your link.
Your commission will be automatically added to your account.
Where is the best place to send my links?
Share your links with your friends via direct messages and use social media to promote the event.
Can I buy tickets on behalf of other people?
You will not earn comission for tickets which are purchased by yourself.
Send your links to your friends for them to purchase and earn your commission.
Is there an app I can use to track my sales?
I’ve withdrawn my funds to the wrong bank account, what should I do?
Contact the Fatsoma support team immediately.
“If you contact us soon after you requested your withdrawal we may be able to stop the withdrawal before it reaches the banks.
If it has been longer than one day we can look to see if the payment has been returned to us by the bank.
If the payment has been returned to us we can add the funds back to your account for you to withdraw to the correct account.”
How long until I can withdraw my commission?
You cannot withdraw your funds until after the event has taken place.
Two days after the event has taken place funds will move from pending to cleared. Once the funds have cleared you can withdraw them to your bank account.
